Foad Fadaghi is Telsyte’s managing director and principal analyst. He has over 20 years experience reporting and analysing the technology industry. Foad has been a key insights partner for leading Australian and multinational companies. He is a strong presenter and public speaker with his research often quoted in the media. His experience crosses over into journalism where he was the former technology editor for BRW magazine. Foad was formerly a Jupiter Research analyst and managing editor of Jupitermedia. Most recently Foad co-authored “Digital Nation”, a graphical book providing insights into technology adoption in Australia. Foad has a Bachelor of Commmerce from UNSW.

Alvin has over 10 years of experience as an analyst covering mobile, telecom, media and technology industries. He is the lead analyst of Telsyte’s consumer research program and has been involved in a wide variety of consulting engagements. Alvin actively tracks industry developments and regularly provides insights into technology trends across Australia and the Asia Pacific.

Alvin joined Telsyte after completing his B.Eng. (Electrical) at the University of New South Wales.

Rodney Gedda has 15 years’ experience in the IT industry as an analyst, editor, journalist and various new business creation roles. He is a Senior Analyst for Telsyte’s enterprise IT program covering cloud computing (IaaS), enterprise communications, mobility and digital workplace insights. His analyst experience ranges from CIO and enterprise IT advisory to vendor and service provider marketing and content strategies.  Gedda’s media career spans consumer titles (PC World) and enterprise IT publications such as Computerworld and CIO (working as a deputy editor). Gedda was also instrumental in launching two business technology titles for IDG Communications – IT Marketer in 2003 and TechWorld (Editor) in 2008. He is an avid personal and professional blogger, and has an engineering degree from the University of Sydney.
